Agreement
By using Still, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Still Does
Still is a thought-capture tool that helps you remember what matters. You can enter thoughts via web or text message, and Still will organize, analyze, and remind you about relevant information.
Your Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Still
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
- Keep your Google account secure, as it provides access to Still
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Still to:
- Store or transmit illegal content
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Violate any applicable laws
Your Content
- Ownership: You own all content you submit to Still
- License: You grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the service
- Responsibility: You are responsible for what you submit
SMS and Phone Features
By linking your phone number, you consent to:
- Receiving SMS messages from Still for reminders and notifications
- Your text messages to Still being processed and stored as thoughts
- Standard messaging rates may apply from your carrier
You can unlink your phone and stop SMS at any time in Settings. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
Gmail Integration
By connecting Gmail, you consent to:
- Still accessing your emails in read-only mode
- AI processing of email content to extract bills, appointments, and deadlines
- Storage of extracted reminder data (not full email content)
You can disconnect Gmail at any time in Settings or revoke access from your Google Account.
AI Processing
By using Still, you consent to your content being processed by AI services.
This is required for Still to provide pattern detection, insights, and intelligent reminders. Per our AI providers' API terms, your data is not used to train their models.
Third-Party Services
Still uses third-party services for AI processing, data storage, messaging, and payments. Your use of Still is also subject to these providers' terms.
Premium Subscription
- Premium features require a paid subscription
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime through Settings
- Refunds are handled per Stripe's policies
Service Availability
We aim to keep Still available and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
- Still is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for data loss, though we take precautions
- Still is not a replacement for professional advice
Termination
- You can delete your account anytime in Settings
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your right to use Still ends immediately
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
